All guests enjoy access to the indoor pool, hot tub, playground, putting course, bikes and beach wagons.
One vehicle per site/unit is included. Overflow parking is available for $10 per night. Trailers and boats are $20 per night.
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please avoid loud music and disruptive behavior.
Hart’s Camp is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas near the laundry building.
Yes, in designated fire rings only. Firewood and kindling are available for purchase. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Dogs are welcome across the property. Policies and fees differ for lodging vs. RV/tent sites:
Lodging
Up to 3 dogs per pet-friendly unit. $25 per dog, per night. Dogs must be registered at booking and may not be left unattended.
RV & Tent Sites
Dogs are welcome at no additional charge. They must be leashed and may not be left unattended.
Cancel 72 hours in advance (Oct–Mar) or 7 days in advance (Apr–Sept) for a full refund, minus the $20 nonrefundable fee. Cancellations after this window forfeit the deposit. There is no refund for early departures.
Reservations include a $20 nonrefundable reservation fee, 11.9% tax and a $10 nightly amenity fee.
Airstreams, Cottages & Cabins
Please report issues at check-in. Inventory is checked after each stay and charges may apply for missing or damaged items.
Yes. Each unit has a propane grill and brush. If you need additional propane, contact Guest Registration.

RV, Van & Tent Sites
All RVs must use properly sealed and elevated sewer hoses.
