RV sites are available year round. Seven consecutive nights earns you 15% off and the coast has a way of making that an easy decision. Monthly rates available October through April.
Check-in for RV, van and tent sites is 2 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. One vehicle per site is included; overflow parking is $10 a night, and a trailer or boat is $20 a night. Quiet hours run 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Fires are welcome in the designated fire rings, firewood and kindling are sold on site, and fireworks are not allowed. All RVs need a properly sealed and elevated sewer hose. Good Sam members save 10 percent.
Yes, and that mix is what this property is built for. Hart’s Camp has 147 RV and van sites plus tent sites, along with 7 Airstreams, 11 cottages and 17 cabins, all on the same 14 acres. Grandparents can take a pull-through site, friends without a rig can take a cabin or a cottage, and everyone meets at the Hart’s Camp Pavilion for a communal fire pit, a covered dining area and yard games. Yes, from October 15 through March 15. Monthly RV sites are $775 a month plus electric, and they are not offered during peak season, so call 503.965.7006 to reserve one. Outside that window the long-stay math still works: seven consecutive nights save you 15 percent, and the Stay Coastal Longer offer takes 25 percent off four nights or more. RV sites are open year round. Reservations carry a $20 nonrefundable fee, 11.9 percent tax and a $10 nightly amenity fee.
Yes. Cape Kiwanda RV Park ran for more than 50 years across the street from Pacific City Beach, and in April 2025 it merged with Hart’s Camp into one 14-acre property. Every RV, van and tent site you may have booked as Cape Kiwanda RV Park or Cape Kiwanda RV Resort is now part of Hart’s Camp, with the same location and the same front gate.
